How do I submit a return/exchange request?

What is your return/exchange policy?
For returns and exchanges, the request can be made for up to 60 days from the delivery date. 
Note: For returns, the original shipping cost (if any) would not be refunded
If you must return or exchange the product, please email us at Sale@lifeccom.com. Please keep in mind we are not able to cover any costs with international returns and exchanges

How soon will I get my refund/ exchange items?
Once the return package is dropped off or shipped out (based on carrier scan-in), your refund or exchange order will be immediately processed

What items are eligible for return/exchange?
All items besides final sale are eligible for return/exchange
Shoe(s) must be new, unworn and in original packaging. Please refrain from shipping the shoes directly with the shoe box

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected time frame, please check your bank or credit card statement to see if the refund has been posted. If you still have not received it, please contact us at Sale@lifeccom.com.

International Returns
If you are located outside of Hong Kong, you can still return items by following the same return process. Please note that you are responsible for all international return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received safely.
